Sea Turtle Walks on Jupiter Beach
Palm Beach County’s beaches provide critical nesting, foraging and developmental habitat for threatened and endangered sea turtles. Guests of the Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa have front-row seats to observe the endangered loggerheads, leatherbacks and green sea turtles laying their eggs during for their annual nesting process. Although beach goers usually don’t harm sea turtle nests because they are buried deep in the sand, we ask that our guests respect the areas that are marked in any fashion.

To witness this natural phenomenon without disturbing the turtles, we encourage guests to sign up for the Escorted Turtle Walks offered by the Loggerhead Marine Life Center. Guests will also have the opportunity to see the sea turtles that are being rehabbed at the nonprofit education and ocean conservation facility.
